Cancellation / Return Fees:
If a cancellation is requested on an order where a credit card payment has already been submitted, a fee equivalent to 3% of the total cost will be applied to cover payment handling fees. This fee will be waived if the order is cancelled at the request of Kenetrek Canada directly. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Kenetrek Product Warranty
We warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects. If any Kenetrek products fails due to defective materials or poor workmanship within 12 months from date of purchase and before the soles are worn 75%, please return it for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, alterations, accidents, or natural wear and tear. All defective or damaged products should be returned to Kenetrek for evaluation. Any product found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Kenetrek's discretion.
Before shipping a boot under warranty, please ensure the boot is cleaned of any dirt or debris (including soles). Please do not ship as is.

Returns on Unused Products
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot accept COD returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final.
We make every effort to keep all of the items that we offer in stock, but occasionally, we are temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you of the backorder, and make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. We will not automatically cancel your order unless you ask us to.
When your Mountain boots don't grip as well as they used to, send them back to our repair center where our craftsmen will refurbish your boots for years of additional use for less than half the cost of a new pair. Mountain boot repairs include new outsoles, performance insoles, and laces. Please contact us for pricing (firstname.lastname@example.org). Return your boots to the repair center at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
